  • Q: What if I decide that my purchase isn't right for me?
    A: We believe that each piece will find the person that it's meant for. If you decide that the item you purchased isn't right for you, you can return it for a partial refund (excluding a restock fee) within three days, or for store credit after seven days of your purchase. If you would like to try the piece in your home before purchasing it, you may do so free of charge as long as it is returned in the same condition. 
  • Q: What do I need to know before purchasing a rug?
    A: We recommend that our clients come prepared with the size and type of rug they are looking to purchase. For more guidance, we have written a blog post that gives other tips and tricks on how to plan for your purchase here. 
  • Q: What if I am not available during store hours? 
    A: No worries! You can make an appointment with us through our website, or by calling or emailing us anytime during the week. We pride ourselves on creating a comfortable and accessible buying experience for our customers and are more than happy to work with your schedule.
